Role and Responsibilities:
As a Distributor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering, promoting, and organizing the display of Frito-Lay products across various local retail locations. Key responsibilities include:
Supplying merchandise to retail partners such as supermarkets, convenience outlets, and discount stores
Driving a Frito-Lay truck while independently handling deliveries and product setups
Building productive relationships with store staff and boosting sales through strategic merchandising and promotions
Completing a paid onboarding program, typically lasting four to six weeks, to fully understand the role
Providing route coverage for fellow team members and working with a wide range of retail locations
Progressing toward a dedicated route with a consistent schedule
Accurately maintaining sales records and executing national sales campaigns
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be 21 years or older
A valid driver's license and current proof of auto insurance are required
Must meet state requirements for any applicable licenses
Able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in product delivery, merchandising, or sales is beneficial
Ability to work independently in a physically demanding and fast-moving environment
